Fictional Travel Brand, Real Strategy
My first dive into website building and SEO strategy — from a custom WordPress site to a targeted Google Ads campaign

This project was split into two distinct phases. The first focused on building a custom WordPress website, and the second on developing a strategic Google Ads campaign. Together, they simulate a full-funnel digital marketing approach for a fictional Park City tour brand.
The Situation
Sielo Vision, a fictional Park City tour brand, needed a digital presence to attract adventure-loving travelers. The first goal: launch a clean, user-first website. The second: bring in traffic with paid ads.

The Task
I was tasked with building a fully responsive, SEO-friendly website from scratch for a fictional travel brand. In the second phase, I developed a Google Ads campaign designed to attract users actively searching for travel experiences.
The Action
Website Build
- Built a six-page WordPress site with a clean layout and intuitive structure.
- Optimized for search with keywords and on-page SEO.
- Highlighted testimonials, visuals, and strong CTAs.
Google Ads Campaign
- Researched travel-related keywords.
- Wrote compelling headlines and responsive ads.
- Targeted local and seasonal travel queries.

The Result
The outcome: a polished website paired with a strategic ad campaign that simulated real-world execution. The seamless blend of design and marketing created a smooth user journey that informed, engaged, and inspired action.

The Takeaway
This project sharpened my skills across web design and ad strategy. It showed me how to build a brand and make it discoverable through thoughtful content and paid promotion.
