The Situation

A business wanted to boost average order value (AOV) and repeat purchases to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS). Rising marketing costs necessitated a strategy focused on customer retention and long-term value. A multi-channel digital approach was seen as crucial for increasing engagement and ensuring a measurable return on investment.

The Task

Our team created and launched a loyalty program to encourage repeat purchases. We used Google Search, display ads, and social media to reach interested customers and boost sign-ups. By improving the user experience and monitoring results, we could better target our ads, manage spending, and raise conversion rates.

The Action

As a key contributor, I focused on user experience, search optimization, and design. I created wireframes and a landing page mockup for the loyalty program to ensure a smooth experience that highlighted rewards, perks, and easy enrollment. My Google Ads strategy involved thorough keyword research, catchy ad copy, and organized ad groups to boost CTR and ROAS. I also designed the final presentation, making a visually appealing pitch with clear title slides and structured visuals to communicate our marketing strategy effectively.

The Result

The improved landing page made it easier to use and engage, while the targeted search campaign boosted visibility and conversions with interested users. The final presentation was praised for its clear execution and delivery. We also received a high grade for our project.

The Takeaway

This project emphasized the power of data-driven marketing, user experience, and full-funnel strategy in building customer loyalty. Our multi-channel approach showed how important audience segmentation, conversion-focused design, and ongoing performance tracking are for engagement and retention. I strengthened my skills in high-converting landing page design, paid search optimization, and clear, strategic presentation. It taught me how to create scalable, results-driven marketing solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
